"Wow, the 500 million dollar question. I find medical educators very reluctant to engage in workshops, let alone engage with technology. So here is what I find that works:
1. Give them a tool that is really simple to use like clickers or games which can be taught quickly and really increases their positive experience with students.
2. Get them using wikis for research or committee work and it becomes a friendly medium.
3. Teach medical residents to use the technology and sooner or later , they will engage faculty.

As for getting more people involved in this site, I'm working on getting wiki writing given the equivalency of a presentation for tenure purposes, I'm presenting it at a conference in Utah at the end of July and I'll release it to the broader masses after that date."

I am curious to see if I could engage a small handle of students and/or faculty in using this technology for engagement in a clinical research forum, or just for a specific clinical research study, etc. also testing this to see how this might work as a collaborative medium for my staff of researchers as well as using this technology as a communication medium for a class that I teach.
