Add a New PageThis is a featured page

The most confusing task for someone who isn't the site owner is adding new pages of content within an already existing menu of items.

The most important step in this process is finding the page you want to link to. Look at the menu in the upper left corner or use the table of contents on the home page to find the content page that introduces your topic. Type the name of your page on that content page in an appropriate spot (usually at the bottom or on a list of links). You will link to your new page from here later. Save the page.

At the bottom of the menu in the upper left hand corner, there is an Add a New Page button. Only use this button if you are currently on the content page you will link to.

Add Page

Once you click on the Add a New Page button, a new menu appears

Page Name
The name that you enter under Page Name: becomes the title of the page and appears at the top of the new page and in the side menu. Notice that if you did this step correctly, this new page is now included in the sub menu for the original content menu.

Save the page.

You can edit the name by clicking on the More Tools link at the top of the new page.

To link the new page: Return to the original content page, highlight the new page title, click the link button and find the new page. Save the original page and test the link.
